If you’re an actor or an experienced public speaker,
here’s how we can work together

I’ve taught beginning to advanced actors for over 15 years, and offer one-to-one coaching & group classes to free your voice & embody your role.  A la carte coaching can include:

  • voice technique
  • movement practices to free your instrument
  • text analysis
  • delivering the language of the script naturally
  • audition & monologue preparation
  • accent work

Is the way you’re using your voice holding you back? If you’re ready to transform this through deeper investigation, my 8-week program Unlock Your Performance Power may be a good fit.

Book a call to learn about your options. If you’re in the San Francisco Bay Area, you can also check out my in person classes for actors.

FAQs

Do you prepare people for TED Talks?

Yes! While I enjoy longer, exploratory learning processes with clients, creating a specific speech and coaching how to deliver it impactfully is one of my favorite things to do. Sometimes it’s wonderful to have a finite goal – we learn a great deal when we prepare for a specific performance or event.

Do you offer group classes?

Yes I offer group classes online for managers and team leaders and in person classes for actors locally.  Additionally, if you have a group of friends who’d like to work with me, we can set up small group online coaching for a set period of time.  This is a highly cost effective option.

I'm not local to you - is it effective to work online?

Working online can be highly effective.  Most of my one-on-one clients work with me online.  If you enroll in one of my programs, a variety of learning materials are included with coaching to support your process.

How much does it cost?

This depends on how you work with me.  Individual coaching for speakers starts at $250/hr.
I have discounted options for actors who coach with me on an a la carte basis.

Do you take payment plans?

Yes, this is something we can discuss in our consult.

Can you help me with speech writing?

Yes!  As an academic writer and awarded playwright I am sensitive to language structure and how to create variation as well as how to build ideas for maximum effect. I really enjoy assisting the writing process.

Can you help me with audition preparation?

Absolutely!  I have coached many actors for auditions as well as aspiring actors for drama school.  My students have been offered roles, and been accepted into prestigious conservatory programs such as RADA, Central School of Speech and Drama and Carnegie Mellon.
